“Paul brings the operational leadership and strategic vision we need as we continue to grow and evolve,” said Chris Johnson, President and CEO of Portico. “His background driving operational excellence and commitment to serving others makes him ideally suited to help drive our continued success.”

  • Most recently, Paul has served as COO for Employer Health Innovation Roundtable (EHIR), a World50 Group Company, where he has led business operations for their growth platform.
  • Previously, he served in a number of leadership positions with UnitedHealthcare, Optum, and AccentCare, and he also has consulting experience with Accenture.

“Throughout my career, I’ve been most energized by delivering tangible, meaningful impact through innovation, team leadership, and operational excellence,”  Paul said. “I’m honored to be joining Portico and grateful for the opportunity to contribute to such a mission-driven organization.”

This strategic move reflects Portico’s commitment to providing specialized operational leadership as the organization continues to serve its growing membership.
