Daron D. Meyer

Chief Technology Officer

As Chief Technology Officer for Portico, Daron provides strategic leadership for all aspects of technology services, supporting Portico, its members, and sponsoring organizations.

Portico, a ministry of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America, helps those who serve to live well – financially, emotionally, and physically. Daron has a strong commitment to implementing innovative solutions that transform business operations and accelerate growth in support of Portico’s mission.

Prior to joining Portico, Daron had leadership roles ranging from applications and software engineering to project management and business implementation in both mid-size and large global companies. Most recently, he worked for Agiliti, where he was recruited to help prepare the company for an initial public offering. He also has worked for MTS Systems and Cargill, including an expatriate role in Switzerland.

Daron has a bachelor’s degree in international commerce from the University of Minnesota (U of M) and an MBA from the U of M Carlson School of Management in information technology and marketing.

Outside of work, Daron is active in the community, serving as a long-time leader and trainer for the Boy Scouts of America and as a mentor for Minnesota Adult and Teen Challenge. He also has served as an elder at his local church.

Daron and his wife, Kerry Meyer, live in Hamel, MN, and both of their children are serving as officers in the U.S. military (U.S. Navy and U.S. Space Force).
