Just One Week is like a taste test. For seven days, invite your congregation to add a little movement, try a few centering opportunities, and gather to eat only healthy foods. One week isn't enough time to become healthier. But it is enough time to start meaningful health and wellness conversations. Begin on a Sunday with all the Sunday-related activities. Finish the following Sunday.
